Once a Campaign has been created, you'll need to create one or more Campaign Communications in order to track the effectiveness of your fundraising appeals. Each Campaign Communication is tied to a specific Channel, which allows for reporting across all Campaigns on the impact of specific communication channels. Available Channels in Virtuous are:

  • Advocacy
  • Direct Mail
  • Email
  • Event
  • Other
  • PR
  • Radio
  • Social Media
  • TV
  • Web

Once a Campaign Communication is created, select it to customize and add Segments.
