Updated Endpoints

POST /api/Giftask now accepts a secondary assigned user

~/api/VolunteerOpportunity now has a query endpoint

~/api/Volunteer now has a query and search endpoint

~/api/ContactIndividual/{individualId}/GetEmailList will return the email list for the specified individual

~/api/Contact/{contactId}/Statistics will return the statistics associated with the contact.

Gift, GiftAsk, RecurringGift and Pledge endpoints now accept a currencyCode. If no currency code is provided, it will fall back to the organization's currency code.
