Training Sessions Offered
Each session offered has specific content. Each session offering is described in detail so you know what to expect and which sessions match your needs.
Foundations
Not sure where to start using Virtuous CRM? This is the place! This session provides a high-level overview of the key data structures in Virtuous, including Contacts, Individual, Campaigns, and Projects.
Campaigns
Campaigns are a key tool for tracking the success of your fundraising efforts. They can come in all shapes and sizes! This session will go over some best practices you can use to set up and compile valuable insights about your Campaigns.
Queries and Reports Level 1
In this session, the different ways you can access your data will be reviewed. The Filter feature will be briefly covered as a means of quickly accessing your data. The bulk of this session is focused on how Queries work, the different query types, and best practices for saving and sharing queries among your team. In addition, exporting data from query results will also be covered as a means of accessing data.
Queries and Reports Level 2
This session is a continuation of the "Reporting Level 1" session. Level 2 will walk you through working with more complex queries, specifically Nested Queries. In addition, managing Standard Reports and Custom Reports will be discussed.
Please note that this session does not cover the use of Metabase or Virtuous BI.
Automation
Not sure where to start with Automation, or where to go next? In this session, the anatomy of an Automation and the various Actions available will be covered. A few automation examples will be reviewed in detail to show the possibilities.
Email Marketing
Learn the basic and advanced features of Email Marketing, including audience targeting, template building, managing subscriptions, analytics, and A/B testing.
Admin Tools
This session is geared toward Admin users to cover the details of managing users and permissions as well as data customization, configuration, and management.
Grant Management
This session provides a complete overview of the grant management tools in Virtuous, including linking Gifts with Grants and tips for reporting on grant funding.
Event Management
Review the functionality of our event management tools in Virtuous, including the management of free or ticketed events. The topics of managing RSVPs, attendance, and other metrics will be addressed.
Please note that the Ticketed Events feature is an additional feature beyond the standard Event module in Virtuous.
Major Gift Management
During this session, an overview of the key tools used for moves management and major gifts fundraising in Virtuous will be reviewed. This includes the Gift Ask Pipeline and My Portfolio features for managing solicitations and team goals. Automation best practices for continuous management will also be presented.
Receipting
During this session, an overview of the key receipting tools of Virtuous will be presented. This includes template building, targeting, running, and tracking. Whether you're sending one-time receipts or annual statements, this session has you covered!
