Once your organization has contracted to use Letters on Demand, your Virtuous Admin will need to configure it for your organization. Letters on Demand will allow your team
Important Notes
- Receipts on Demand requires a subscription to Letters on Demand. If you do not have this feature included in your contract, contact the Virtuous team to upgrade your account.
- The Receipts on Demand feature that is available alongside Letters and Postcards is only available for Single Gift Receipts.
Navigate to Marketing using the left hand menu. Then, select "Letters on Demand.
On the Letters on Demand screen, select "Settings" from the Actions dropdown in the top right corner.
This will bring up a new form where you can enter the name and address for your organization. This information will automatically be used for the return address on all Letters and Postcards.
Once you have entered all of the necessary information, click on "Update Settings" to return to the Settings screen.
Now you're all set! You can start creating Letters and Postcards for your organization.
