The Event Giving Report provides a breakdown of all Gifts attributed to a specific Event OR to all Events within a specified timeframe. In order to track Giving by Event, the following conditions must be met:
- The Event must be created in Virtuous CRM+
- There must be a Campaign in Virtuous CRM+ with a specific Communication for the specified Event
- The Campaign Communication must be linked to the Event via the Edit Event screen
Once a Virtuous CRM+ Event is linked to a specific Campaign Communication, all Gifts attributed to Segment codes that are connected to that Campaign Communication will show on the page for that Event in Virtuous CRM+.
The Event Giving Report provides additional detail, in that Gifts can be broken down by Segment, and allows for comparative analysis between multiple Events over a similar timeframe.
