The Lapsed Donor Standard Report provides a quick overview of donors that have been assigned the "Lapsed Donor" System Tag, which is applied when a Contact has not made any Gifts greater than $0 in the last 12 months or has missed a Recurring Gift payment.
Use this report to monitor donor retention and identify recently lapsed givers in order to reach out and ask that they renew their support.
