The Lapsed Donor report is a quick report that provides a listing of all givers who have lapsed in the last 6months. Unlike the Lapsed Donor system tag, this report ignores missed Pledge payments and looks only at the date of a Contact's last Gift. If there is no Gift in the last 12 months, then a Contact will be listed as lapsed.
Use this report to monitor donor retention and identify recently lapsed givers in order to reach out and ask that they renew their support.
