Have you ever needed to search for something in Virtuous CRM+ but didn’t know where to start? Unsure which Filter parameter to use? CRM+’s Generative Filtering leverages AI to take the guess work out of filtering and helps you find the data you need as quickly as possible.
With Generative Filtering, you can intuitively find the Contacts, Individuals, Gifts, and other records you're looking for by using everyday language rather than choosing and selecting the parameters yourself.
How Does It Work?
In your Filter, simply type the question or list you’re looking for. No need to use CRM+ specific language! For example, on the All Contacts page, let’s find all our Donors who live in Texas and have given more than $10,000 in their lifetime.
Select Generate Results, and let the Filter do the work!
Once generated, the Filter builds the associated parameters based on your question:
- Life to Date Giving - Greater than - 10,000
- State - Is - Texas
The displayed list of Contacts will match the criteria from the Filter. Use the Actions button in the top-right to download the list. Or alternatively, you can further customize the Filters by deleting a Generated Filter parameter or adding an additional one.

Note: there are some pages within CRM+ that have standard Filters with dropdown options only. These pages include Premiums, Receipt Templates, Tributes, Email, Forms, LOD, SMS, Automation Workflows, and Events.
