If you're looking for a way to efficiently organize your Emails and Email Templates you will want to lean on Email Groups. You can group existing Emails and Email Templates, as well as new Emails and Email Templates.
Creating an Email Group
Navigate to Marketing in the left-hand menu and select "Email". Select the Actions drop-down in the top-right corner. Select "Manage Email Groups" from the available options.

On the next page, select "Create An Email Group" in the top-right corner. In the pop-out window, enter the name of the new Email Group. Select "Save Email Group" to finalize the creation of the Email Group.
Grouping Emails
When initially creating a new Email, you can assign the Email Group when filling in the email details.
If you have already started working on an Email or maybe even Published it already, you can still add it to an Email Group. On the main Email page, navigate to the specific Email to be Grouped. Select the Actions drop-down and select "Add To Email Group" from the available options.

In the pop-out window, add the appropriate Email Group to the "Select Email Group" if the Email Group already exists. If the Email Group does not exist, enter the appropriate value for the new Email Group in the "Create Email Group" field. Select "Add To Group" to lock in the change.
Grouping Templates
To Group an existing Email Template, navigate to the "Templates" tab on the main Email page. Select "Organization Templates to view all the existing Email Templates created by your organization. Select the three dots to the right of the specific Template to be Grouped. Select "Edit".
When creating a new Email Template you can designate the Email Group from the initial details page.
Viewing Emails in Email Groups
Once you have different Email Groups established, you can then use the "Email Group" drop-down to narrow down the emails populating in the list view. To view emails that are not assigned an Email Group, select "No Group Assigned".
