Split into two separate sessions: 1. Training for gift entry staff on all aspects of gift entry, including management of pledges and recurring gifts. 2. Training for gift entry staff on all aspects of receipting, including one-time receipts and annual statements. |

| Virtuous Campaigns Workshop | 1 hour | An interactive session where a trainer will lead clients in a mapping exercise to help them understand how their processes and structure fit into the Campaign structure. Clients will get the session recording and a copy of the visual Campaign map created during the session. | $200 |
| Virtuous Admin Tools | 1 hour | Instruction for new administrators on managing users and permissions and configuring/customizing aspects of Virtuous for data management. | $200 |

Split into two separate sessions. 1. The first half hour provides an opportunity to review the structure of automation workflows and cover how to plan them. 2. The second session will be a working session focused on reviewing and beginning to build an actual custom workflow. |

| Virtuous Projects Workshop | 1 hour | An interactive session where a trainer will lead clients in a mapping exercise to help them understand how their programming and accounting structure will align with Virtuous Projects. Clients will get a copy of the visual Project map created during the session. | $200 |
| Virtuous Giving and Forms | 1 hour | Assistance with setup and configuration of Virtuous Giving, including a walkthrough of the form builder, creating and embedding forms, and options for tracking Segments and Projects in forms. | $200 |
| Virtuous Marketing | 3 hours | Split in to three separate sessions. This course combines the Virtuous Automation training as well as a review of Virtuous email features, including email lists. | $600 |
| Virtuous Events | 1 hour | A review of the event management tools in Virtuous and assistance with creating and embedding Virtuous event forms and/or configuring Eventbrite integration. | $200 |
| Virtuous Grant Management | 1 hour | A complete overview of the grant management tools in Virtuous, including linking Gifts with Grants and tips for reporting on grant funding. | $200 |
| Virtuous Major Gift Management | 1 hour | An overview of key tools used for moves management and major gifts fundraising in Virtous, including the Gift Ask Pipeline for managing solicitation and tracking team goals. | $200 |
| Virtuous Queries and Reports | 1 hour | Instruction for users on working with the query tool, including assistance with specific queries, and building custom reports. (Note: this session does not include instruction on using Metabase.) | $200 |
| Virtuous BI: Basics | 1 hour | An overview for users with limited to no background in BI tools. This session includes an introduction to data structure, elements, Virtuous BI Best Practice Reports, and general navigation. | $200 |
| Virtuous BI: Advanced | 1 hour | An overview for users with an understanding of other BI tools (or have taken Virtuous BI: Basics). This session provides a high-level overview on steps to consider when building a Virtuous BI Report as well as a review of advanced concepts like Arrays, Objects, and Calculations. | $200 |
| Virtuous BI: Explorer Experience | 1 hour | An overview for users who will interact with (but not build) Virtuous BI reports. This session includes a review of key elements, options for customizing views, filtering, and general navigation. | $200 |

| VOMO Foundations | 1 hour | This session includes an interactive review of the overall structure in VOMO, including Users, Groups, Opportunities, Roles, and Initiatives. Clients will be presented with real-world scenarios and need to determine how they would be structured in VOMO. | $200 |
| VOMO Opportunities & Initiatives | 1 hour | An interactive session where a trainer will lead clients in a mapping exercise to help them understand how their volunteer program processes and structure fit into the Opportunities and Initiatives structures. Clients will get a copy of the visual Opportunities and Initiatives map created during the session. | $200 |
