When using Payments, you'll have the ability to view transactions and manage details about those transactions from the Online Giving page, which is found in the Primary Navigation. You'll want to start on the Dashboard tab of Online Giving.

If you haven't set up your account yet, then you'll see a link to begin the process. Follow the steps in this article to get started. If your account is already configured, then you'll see the Payments Dashboard, which gives you a snapshot of your online giving activity at a glance.
Near the top of the the screen, you'll see several tabs that you can use to navigate between the various giving pages. Click on Transactions to access a list of all your online...transactions. Hey, there's something to be said for clarity!
You'll see a list of all of your current online transactions, with the most recent listed first.
It's important to note here that you will see transactions here in real-time, so not all of the transactions may be imported to Virtuous CRM and linked to Contact records yet. Transactions will be bundled nightly for processing and then imported each day via the Gift & Contact Import tool, which you can learn more about in our video series on gift processing.
You can use the filter options on the left to find transactions for a specific date range, if needed.
Click on the three dots to the right of any transaction to be able to view more details about that transaction, or issue a refund.
When viewing the transaction detail, you'll be able to confirm additional details about the transaction, including the last four digits of the card used (or the bank account, for ACH transactions) and the city, state, and postal code for the donor.
Click on the Recurring Tab near the top of the screen to view and manage recurring transactions.
This will list all recurring charges in your Payments account. These are just the schedules, in essence, with the amount and frequency. When actual recurring payments are charged, you'll see those listed on the Transactions tab.
As with the Transactions tab, you can filter for specific recurring transactions, with the added ability to filter by amount or by the donor's email address.
Click the three dots to the right of any recurring transaction to view detailed information, including a history of charges, donor actions (like updating a payment method), and anything else related to that recurring schedule.
You can also cancel a recurring gift on a donor's behalf, if necessary.
