We all know keeping track of login information for all of our different accounts can be difficult! Too many failed login attempts will lock a user out of Virtuous CRM+. If someone on your team gets locked out, Admins can quickly unlock their account.
To unlock a user:
- Navigate to Team Settings under the Settings icon in the left-hand primary navigation.
- Find the locked user account, and select the edit icon to the right of their name.
- On the Edit User Details form, select the checkbox marked “Unlock User.” This checkbox will only appear if the user is locked out of CRM+.
- Click Save to end the lockout.
The user will now be able to attempt login again! To prevent future lockouts, encourage them to update their password or set up Single Sign-On with Google or Microsoft for a more seamless login experience. Click here to learn more about logging in with Google or Microsoft.
