When an event/ticket/add-on specific custom field is created as you're building your event is bound to the Events object. They will import to CRM but currently are not queryable or reportable. They can however be searched through a filter in the Events admin screens.
However, any existing custom fields in CRM that are added to an Event Ticket, Registration, or Add-on will be queryable and reportable in Virtuous. To do this, in your ticket, select Add Question button near the bottom.
You'll then have the option to either add a New Event Question or Existing Custom Field. If you are looking to Query or Report on this data in the future, you'll want to select the Custom Field option. Note: if you are creating a Custom Field in Settings to put in your ticket registration, use a Contact Individual Custom Field type.
Okay, but how do I Query this?
To find all of the data from your Custom Field, you'll want to create a Query with the type that matches your Custom Field type--in this case an Individual Query. For the first field, you'll search the name of your Custom Tag and use the operator to find the criteria you are looking for.
